Ener2Crowd S.r.l. SB is authorized, pursuant to Article 4-sexies.1 of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 and Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503, as a crowdfunding service provider to provide the crowdfunding services with the resolution of the CONSOB No. 22877 of November 8, 2023. Pursuant to the regulation, Ener2Crowd S.r.l. SB has subscribed to Professional Liability Insurance policy no. 430771470, issued by Generali Italia S.p.A. insurance company.

THE PLATFORM

Superheero, the first sustainable crowdfunding platform for large-scale retail trade. The superheero platform is entirely managed by the company Ener2Crowd S.r.l. SB. Ener2Crowd does not offer financial advice and none of the proposals published on the portal should be considered as such. The investments presented on the portal are proposed exclusively by the relevant bidders, who assume all responsibility in this regard. Each investment must be made in relation to one's financial capacity and to bear losses, favoring a logic of risk diversification.
